Dragon Boat Festival
Asian Service Center (ASC) is hosting its 1st annual Edmonds Dragon Boat Festival from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, August 1st 2024 at Edmonds Water Front Center, 220 Railroad Ave Edmonds WA 98020.
Joined by Seattle Flying Dragons and Chijinshuu of Washington State. The event includes various Asian cultural performances and the opportunity to make sticky rice dumplings.
About ASC, it was founded in 2022 to address the challenges faced by immigrants in accessing essential services. Serving a diverse community where 24% of population is Asian, ASC offers social and health programs in Health Access, Family Support, Senior Care, and Youth Development.

The Asian Service Center is proud to be able to show the film, “She Marches In Chinatown”. This is a documentary about the Seattle Chinese Community Girls Drill Team.
